About:
Abdillah is an active member of the local and international arts and civic society community having progressed as a participant in local competitions and performances to judging them. He has also represented Singapore in several international exchange programmes (North View Secondary School - Melbourne Biennial Air Cadet Exchange Programme, Ship for South East Asian Youth Programme and IREX Community Solutions Program) and was also a volunteer with MENDAKI mentoring youths in the Youth-In-Action programme for 7 years and was also the Vice-Chairperson at Cairnhill CC YEC. He has also served with other local organizations.
In his free time, he enjoys running and watching movies. Abdillah believes that a life well-lived is a life that is full of varied experiences and one where we constantly challenge ourselves to be better and to help others through their struggles through creating opportunities for them.

About:
Eman is a professional networker and problem solver for public and private sector clients that require urgent and discreet diplomatic and trade solutions. As a Project Developer and Consultant, he builds intelligence systems, secure networks and sustainable enterprise models to achieve the objectives of his clients.
He has 15 years of full spectrum public and private sector experience in Real Estate Development and Asset Management, leading project development on residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, sports, civic and military assets.
Within the academic areas of practice in Behavioural Semiotics and Psychology, he designs and develops leadership teams for organisations as a Certified Coach, integrating C-VAT Psychometric into customised solutions for clients.
He has been an active contributor in the Youth and Social Services Sector since 1995. As a volunteer he currently develops, coaches and mentors volunteer leaders and workgroups for community, student body and grassroots organisations.
An active volunteer and member of Mendaki Club Since 2000, he has served as an Exco Member (2008-2011), project manager and now Advisor/Mentor to volunteer teams and leaders, directly involved in the successful completion of over 100 community projects and youth programmes to date. He received the Volunteer Long Service Award (10 years) from the Ministry of Social & Family Services in 2012, through nomination by Yayasan MENDAKI.

About:
Farid was formerly a regular with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) who served for almost 10 years. Most of his tenure was spent in Officer Cadet School (OCS), grooming young Officer Cadets into fit and competent leaders. As a Captain, he has undergone many leadership trainings and has designed many programmes and lesson plans.
Two areas that Farid is often particular about in running programmes are Efficiency and Safety. He firmly believes in the need for constant reviewing & redesigning of any programme in order to stay relevant & fresh!
In his free time, he enjoys exercising, reading, playing strategy games and scuba diving. Farid is one who constantly tries out new things and seeks new challenges as he believes that experience is the best 'Teacher' in life.
